The Caribou Lodge at Powderhorn Mountain, MI – Featuring Cod as the main fish on menu for Friday night’s special, I rate it 4 out of 5 stars because the overall meal taste good.
- Fish – cod, good flavor and didn’t taste fishy, moist with a light and crisp beer batter
- Side – battered fries, taste good, no complaints
- Tartar – light, sweet tangy flavor, good taste
- Coleslaw – not included with meal, option in salad bar, taste good, crisp creamy flavor
- Lemon – wedge, sweet and juicy with nice pucker
- Bread – no bread or roll
- Extras – meal came with soup and salad bar
