The Gateway Lodge and Resort in Mercer, WI – Featuring Cod as the fish on menu for Friday night’s special, I rate it 4 out of 5 stars because the overall meal was good.
- Fish – cod, fried with light coating, thick and hearty filet
- Side 1 – fries, thick cut
- Tartar – creamy, with mild savory taste and hints of dill relish
- Coleslaw – standard chop, sweet vinegar flavor with peppers and celery seed taste
- Bread – none
- Lemon – wedge, juicy and tart
